Retail/Rental Associate - Hinckley Lake Boathouse

The Retail & Rental Associate assists in store and equipment rental operations and conducts sales of Cleveland Metroparks merchandise, products, and services. The Retail and Rental Associate serves the public with integrity to effectively and efficiently assist customers and represent the Park District in a professional manner.

• Meets customer needs by selling merchandise and/or renting equipment. Provides quality customer service and ensures accurate point of sale transactions.
• Accurately performs store opening and closing procedures.
• Assists with merchandise display and replenishment of inventory.
• Adheres to Cleveland Metroparks Accounting Manual which provides policies and procedures for money/funds handling and deposits.
• Performs general housekeeping duties including but not limited to dusting, mopping, and maintaining a clean store.
• Keeps manager informed of financial, customer and informational needs, i.e. inventory, sales or customer concerns/complaints.
• Operates electric/gas motorboat or jet ski.
