About the Role

As a Production Lead, you'll oversee shift operations and lead a team of production employees to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You'll ensure proper training, enforce company policies, and maintain strong communication across departments to keep everything running smoothly.

 

What You'll Do:

The Production Lead Person oversees all shift employees and complies with all safety, quality, quantity and housekeeping standards. They will assure that all personnel are properly trained and follow all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak.

• Aptitude for leading and developing subordinates

• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Forklift driving skills( required)
• Physical ability: Walk, Stand, Bend, Stoop, Reach and Lift up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work in temps of 60 to 90 degrees
• Flexibility to work overtime on a regular basis
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
