Responsibilities
- Assist with staff orientation and onboarding programs
- Develop and deliver training materials and learning modules
- Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions
- Communicate program or policy updates to staff
- Support quality improvement initiatives through training
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Assist with staff development initiatives and special projects
