Job Description

We’re hiring a Project Manager to join our Food Advisory team in Stellenbosch.


This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage multiple client projects, deliver technical consulting work, and work directly with key clients. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring we meet delivery commitments across a number of active programmes.

  • You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Managing multiple consulting and advisory projects at the same time
  • Delivering technical work related to food manufacturing and food safety
  • Coordinating resources and programmes across Africa
  • Managing key client contracts and ongoing programmes
  • Conducting gap assessments, traceability exercises, and regulatory and advisory projects
  • Supporting incident management and resolving client issues
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to a high standard
  • Degree in Food Science or Technology
  • Knowledge of HACCP and FSMS
  • Background in food manufacturing, food safety, or technical consulting
  • Experience in project management or coordinating multiple workstreams
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and building relationships
  • A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
