Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
  • Ticket creation/Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Contribute to team coordination and support colleagues when required.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and share suggestions with the team/management.

 

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or related role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
    • Good team coordination and collaboration skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

    Locations: Valasaravakkam, Chennai

    Work mode: work-from-office, full time

    Work timings: 9:30am - 6:30 pm - Alternate Saturdays are working days
