CUSTOMER ACCT REPRESENTATIVE

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Customer Service Representative, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through effective account administration, accurate order entry, and diligent backorder follow up. In this position you will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring timely processing of orders, resolution of issues, and maintenance of customer satisfaction.
