Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with game developer and infrastructure partner teams to support their success deploying on or integrating blockchain technologies.
• Actively participate in infrastructure and ecosystem roadmap development, ensuring alignment with developer needs and the broader ecosystem strategy.
• Facilitate developer and partner decision-making on blockchain ecosystem technology usage, identifying dependencies and guiding their development roadmap.
• Support partners' execution and go-to-market strategies, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Evangelize blockchain technology in partner interactions, identifying technical pathways and potential trade-offs.
• Assist infrastructure teams focused on blockchain deployments as well as our partnerships team by participating in intake calls and scheduled follow-up meetings.
• Regularly solicit feedback from game developers and infra partners to help prioritize development across our product portfolio (ranging from core protocol customizations to front-end tooling).
• Work closely with ecosystem partners to translate game developer feedback and market opportunities into development priorities.
• Align product roadmap with company OKRs and achieve buy-in from strategy and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams on narrative and messaging for product launches and updates.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner integration and deployment, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Deeply understand blockchain technology and the needs of game developers to foster valuable partner integrations.
• Develop product requirements from a data-driven perspective, integrating stakeholder inputs into the roadmap.
• Write and execute product specifications for new services, enabling game developers & infrastructure partners.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience with L1 or L2 blockchain technologies.
• Deep understanding of web3 infrastructure solutions and the web3 gaming industry.
• Strong passion for web3, ideally demonstrated through active use of on-chain applications and ecosystem engagement.
• Experience in developer and partner collaboration.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A growth-oriented, humble, and crypto-native perspective.
• Relevant experience in product management or a technically adjacent role.
• Flexibility, reliability, and comfort in navigating ambiguity.
• Experience in a client-facing, consulting, or technology-related role.
• Experience at a high-growth tech company or software startup is strongly preferred.
• Technical background, with a degree in Computer Science.
