This is a job share role and the schedule will be flexible to meet the primary department's scheduling needs   The Clinical Nursing Practice Specialist is a shared position and the nurse is required to hold another part time role as a clinical nurse in another department within the Carle Health system. The clinical practice specialist is a high performing clinical nurse well versed in the nursing process, the Illinois Nursing Practice Act, and the scope and standards of nursing.
