Apartment Service Technician(AST)

Job Summary: You will provide friendly, professional customer service in addressing maintenance service requests at a group of properties, You may also be assigned curb appeal tasks such as trash pickup. On occasion you will help with turnover work and coordinating vendors but that will not be your focus. Your tasks will be assigned and marked as completed via computer. Your productivity will be measured, with bonuses based on meeting goals.
