Field Labor Coordinator

Position Summary: The Field Labor Coordinator (FLC) will be responsible for activities associated with processing labor information for Signal Energy, LLC & affiliated companies. This position requires a focus on the timely processing of HR/payroll information including, employment verification & onboarding, entering employee hours, earnings, per-diem rates, and employee data change information. This position will also oversee all field-level components of IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) program management, including apprenticeship program enrollment & progression, training coordination, labor planning and associated reporting.
