Responsibilities:
Responds to emergent learning needs by identifying appropriate learning modalities and developing targeted solutions.
Partners with stakeholders across the organization to assess learning objectives and support the design and delivery of learning content.
Serves as an organizational resource for best practices in learning program development and delivery.
Aids in the design, implementation, and execution of large-scale learning projects and initiatives.
Facilitates learning programs through workshops, presentations, and group discussions in-person and virtually.
Tracks and analyzes learning program data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Assists with administrative tasks related to learning programs, including scheduling, logistics coordination, learner communications, and materials preparation.
Supports program assessment and evaluation using established methods to measure learner engagement and behavior change.
Stays current with trends in learning and development and adult learning theory.
Upholds and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
This position has food safety responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Learning and Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field; or 1-2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Supervisory: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
