ERM Libryo is seeking a Regulatory Content Monitor Consultant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
The Regulatory Content Monitor will play a vital role as a junior member of the compliance content production team in finding, analysing, processing, and monitoring regulations, primarily in environmental, health, and safety areas.
Within parameters set by ERM Libryo’s Jurisdiction Content Managers, Project Managers and Team Lead, you will:
- Conduct research into regulatory law, including identifying relevant sources
- Find, monitor and analyse laws and regulations across various countries
- Identify new, changed and repealed regulations
- Analyse laws to determine requirements, applicability, and assessment criteria
- Assist with administrative tasks to support workflow
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Perform any other reasonable tasks

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in regulatory analysis, preferably in the EHS domain, including understanding how EHS regulations apply to sites like factories and wind farms
- Experience with digital knowledge management
- Experience working with legislation (statutes, regulations, legal structures, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in regulatory analysis (EHS domain preferred)
- Experience working as a paralegal or lawyer
- Preferred languages: English, Spanish, or Portuguese
