Job Description

The PA Specialist, works within a designated functional area in Human Resources as a key contact for all Robert Bosch Mexico associates and HRBP to provide general information, support and guidelines related to Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.

    Min. 3 years of experience in HR general processes, mainly focused on personnel administration.

    • Experience with HR software.
    • Thorough knowledge of labor and social security laws
    • BS in Human Resources/Administration or relevant field
    •  Intermediate English Language Skills
