【業務内容】
•原料およびその他の材料を計量し投入する。仕様および安全基準に従って設備を操作する。指示に応じて生産配合を変更する場合がある。
•指示に基づき、各種変数を調整するためのコントロールを操作する。システム稼働のためのセットアップ手順を実施する。
•押出フィルター交換のため、生産ラインを停止する。設備の不具合についてチームリードに報告する。
•袋詰めラインが円滑に稼働するよう管理する。未使用の原料を再梱包・ラベル付け・重量測定し、生産終了時に廃棄物を適切に処理する。
•拠点によっては、ビジネスマネジメントシステムを使用して作業指示や購買依頼を入力する場合がある。
•作業エリアを清潔かつ安全な状態に保つ。すべての安全ガイドラインに従い、個人用保護具（PPE）を適切に使用する。インシデントおよびヒヤリハットを報告する。予定された安全会議に参加し、必要な安全トレーニングを修了する。
•該当する拠点・地域において、RC14001® 技術仕様の要件に沿って Responsible Care® マネジメントシステムの導入および維持に協力する。

•ネイティブレベルの日本語運用能力（読み書き含む）
【学歴・経験】
•高校卒業または同等の資格。
•化学オペレーションの実務経験があれば尚可。
