Job Description

  • Govern end-to-end warranty processes (policy execution, claim validation, financial settlement)
  • Perform technical assessments on claims, rejections, and failure patterns
  • Manage progress payment cycle for service partners (target setting, performance scoring, payment approvals)
  • Ensure financial accuracy, timely payments, and risk mitigation in all transactions
  • Monitor service partner KPIs and integrate results into payment decisions
  • Drive warranty cost control and implement continuous improvement actions
  • Define and maintain warranty policies, pricing structures, and reimbursement models
  • Build and track data models & dashboards (cost per product/component/region/service partner)
  • Lead cross-functional coordination (Finance, Quality, Field Operations, Supply Chain, Legal)
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal/external controls
  • Contribute to digitalization (automation, data structures, warranty systems)
  • Manage supplier-related processes (credit notes, reporting, scrapping workflows)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and Management, equivalent administrative discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in HVAC after sales service warranty / service finance ( Preferred)
  • High analytical ability, critical reasoning, risk-based judgement
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment, system components, and failure mechanisms
  • Commercial acumen & contract governance literacy2
  • Stakeholder alignment, influence management, conflict resolution
  • Advanced MS Excel / PowerBI / SQL literacy (preferred)
  • Experience in ERP/SAP warranty modules or equivalent CRM/Service platforms
  • Ability to interpret technical failure data & digital service logs
  • Demonstrated experience in warranty cost control or service performance management
  • Minimum Upper-intermediate or Advance English level with fluency
