Welding Lead (2nd Shift)

The Welding Lead provides hands-on technical leadership for Welding Technicians (Welder I–IV) while performing advanced MIG and TIG welding on close‑tolerance weldments in accordance with AWS standards.

This role serves as the subject matter expert for complex weldments, leading daily production activities, mentoring and developing the welding team, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and process standards.

The Welding Lead drives operational performance by coordinating work assignments, resolving technical issues, supporting weld schedule execution, and championing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high‑quality, on‑time production.
