WHY KIDSTRONG?
At KidStrong, we help parents raise stronger, smarter, more confident kids. Our training programs focus on brain, physical, and character development for children crawling through age 11.
This isn’t just another kids' program; this is a coaching role with purpose, built on a science-based curriculum and delivered through high-level, intentional coaching.
THE ROLE (READ CAREFULLY)
We are looking for coaches who:
- Bring consistent energy, focus, and professionalism to every class
- Can operate in a structured environment where standards matter and are upheld daily
- Take pride in delivering a premium experience for both kids and parents
Schedule Expectations:
- Weekdays: Mid-mornings and evenings (4 - 7:30 PM)
- Weekends: 8:00 AM – early afternoon
WHAT WE EXPECT (NON-NEGOTIABLE STANDARDS)

You’ll be expected to:
- Execute classes with precision, structure, and energy
- Maintain full engagement and control of the class environment
- Communicate clearly and confidently with parents
- Uphold KidStrong coaching standards at all times—no shortcuts
- Be coachable, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience coaching or working with children (ages 15 months–8 years preferred)
- Background in athletics, coaching, or pediatric OT/PT is a plus
- Strong understanding of basic movement, body mechanics, and exercise technique
- CPR Certified (or willing to obtain)
- Positive, motivating communicator who can lead both kids and parents
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
