This position is located in-office on site. Someone responsible for sourcing top talent for exempt and non-exempt roles, and ensuring timely, cost-effective hiring through effective recruiting strategies in alignment with RCB Bank’s Standards of Service.   What would make you a great fit: You possess a strong understanding of federal laws and policies that regulate hiring practices. You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.   What you’ll do: Conduct the staffing function for assigned branches and support departments, including job requisition and posting process, recruiting, screening and interviewing, selection, employment screenings, and communication with candidates and managers during the onboarding process. Participate in job/career fairs and network with area schools, tech centers, colleges, and universities to create awareness among students about careers with RCB Bank. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to assist with turnover analysis and the development of retention strategies.   What you must have: High school diploma or GED Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting or human resources Proven experience working with various levels of management   What might set you apart: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field Previous recruiting experience in a banking environment Experience with Dayforce PHR/SHRM-CP certification   What you get: A fun, challenging work environment with an emphasis on family, community, and technology.
