Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Business Analyst (Home Builder Programs - rebates analyst).

Job Summary
The Home Builder Programs Analyst supports the processing, consolidation, and analysis of Home Builder Rebate Programs. This role manages the rebate review and approval process, maintains the consolidated rebate database, and develops reports leveraged by the Home Builder Team, Loyalty Team, and North American Sales Organization.

Job Responsibilities
1) Review rebate submissions from approximately 50 home builders per month to ensure accuracy, compliance, and route them for further approval based on LOA.
2) Consolidate all approved rebates into a centralized Excel file used as the primary source for reporting.
3) Develop and maintain reports based on the consolidated data to track rebate program performance over time.
4) Develop and maintain finance leverage document for rebate accurals worth $6M annually
5) Develop and maintain builder/contractor database to be leveraged for North American Sales as a market share indicator and lead generation tool
Qualifications:
Education Level Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Years and Area of Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or sales administration.
Technical Knowledge
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience building reports and dashboards (Power BI or similar).
- Strong data management and data quality control.
- Knowledge of rebate/incentive processes and business operations.
- Ability to improve processes and automate tasks.
