DC Level 4 Technician – Job Description
Our client is a growing telecommunications infrastructure services company seeking experienced DC Level 4 Technicians for project-based work across the Southeast and Central United States. This is a salaried, field-based role offering competitive compensation, strong benefits, and the stability of working with an established team. Location
- Project-based assignments across: Central Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Arkansas.
- Field/remote role — no relocation to a company office required.
Compensation
- Level 4 Technician: $85,000 – $100,000 annually (salaried)
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of verifiable DC infrastructure experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform all tasks associated with DC Power Plants, Supplemental Bays, Battery Installations, BDFB and BDCBB Installations, Primary and Secondary Cabling, Lacing, and Communication Installations related to Controllers and Fused Alarm Panels.
- Experience with Controller Replacements on DC Power Plants and BDCBB/BDFB.
- Experience installing ladder racking, Aux Bars, Stanchion Poles, Fiber Guide, MGBs, AGBs, and BTBs.
- Proven ability to perform all necessary HOT-Work safely.
- Experience with FAPS, Battery Swap Outs, Primary and Secondary Cabling, Cable Lacing, and Steel Structure Installation.
- Ability to train and develop subordinate technicians to advance their skill levels.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Licenses & Certifications
- Valid Driver's License required (no DUIs).
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 required.

- 2 Pair of Channel Locks
- 3/8" and 1/2" Drive Socket Sets – both metric and standard (HOT Tools provided by company)
- Allen/Hex Keys – both standard and metric
- Digital Multimeter for DC/AC with built-in Ohm Meter
- Cordless Drill and Impact Driver
- Hacksaw or Sawzall
- Razor Knife
- Lacing Needles
- Torpedo Level
