Job Description
The Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials to support production plans and customer demand, while optimizing inventory levels and maintaining high service levels. This role operates in alignment with Kidde’s ethical values and in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of material supply based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
Analyze material requirements through MRP systems.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Purchasing teams to ensure operational continuity.
Respond to customer requirements and changes to support supply and production plans.
Analyze demand variations and recommend planning adjustments.
Generate performance reports related to service levels, delivery compliance, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators.
Identify supply chain risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support the generation and maintenance of reports and data within ERP/MRP systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Or a related field
Experience and Knowledge
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Oracle (preferred).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
