Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process data work as assigned through resolving discrepancies, tagging or capturing by using standard procedures and/or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Maintain data work requirements by following data program techniques, procedures as well as meeting and maintaining the required quality threshold.
  • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Write detailed top-tier original content that demonstrates great creativity and an excellent grasp of English grammar and comprehension
  • Evaluate, edit, and improve the quality of AI-generated writing as well as that from humans-in-the-loop.
  • Rate the quality of AI-generated content on rubrics such as grammar, brevity, and correctness
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Performs other work as required or assigned

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Have at least a diploma in Business, Management, Education or English & Literature. A degree will be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English at C1/C2 level. Excellent English grammar and comprehension.
  • A critical eye and the ability to clearly explain the strengths and weaknesses of a given piece of text
  • Excellent sense of writing style
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfort using Internet search engines like Google or Bing.  
  • Familiarity with software like MS Office, and comfortable adapting to and learning new software and web applications
  • Sense of urgency and time-management skills.
  • Ability to /interest in communicating effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Experience in GenAI is an added advantage
  • Have completed a Bachelor's degree r higher in English or Literature

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a creative writing role is an added advantage.
  • Strong critical thinking, reasoning, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to perform well in a rapidly changing and extremely global team.
  • Excellent attention to details

  • Experience as an editor is an added advantage
