Application Analyst (IAM)

Provides first tier support to application users and supports the integration of IAM requirements relative to governing logical access control for person and non-person entities to networks, applications, and systems.   Answers questions or resolves application problems for clients in person, via telephone or electronically.   Troubleshoots issues impacting operational workflows for providers and end users.   Acts as a liaison between the end user and epic application analysts.   Participates in testing activities, executes test scripts, and documents for test scripts.
