Coordinator, Summer Staff Recruiting

 Scope of Position: The Coordinator, Staff Development role is responsible for the recruiting, retention, and development of Summer Staff at an assigned camp location(s). This role participates in the development and execution of the WinShape Camps Global Recruiting Strategy under the direction of the Team Leader, Recruiting and a camp-specific supervisor.
