Inpatient Dialysis RN - ICU - Supplemental

POSITION SUMMARY The Inpatient Dialysis Nurse provides specialized nursing care to hospitalized patients requiring renal
replacement therapy, including intermittent hemodialysis (IHD), sustained low-efficiency dialysis
(SLED), and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in various units including ICU, PCU,
MEDSURG, and ED. This role requires clinical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to work
independently while collaborating closely with nephrologists, intensivists, and the interdisciplinary
