Job Description

The Concessions Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing back-of-house culinary operations during events, ensuring efficient food production, quality standards, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements. This role leads culinary staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, supports operational execution across multiple locations, and acts as a key point of contact between management and BOH teams.   This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$25.00
