What you will do:
- Front line safety – Protection of employees and customers against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices
- Ensure that safety, quality, training, employee engagement and retention are a prime focus of the business
- Perform field and vehicle inspections, attend pre-bid meetings, meet with clients and work in the field coaching and developing your team.
- Assist in creating daily schedules, monitor employee issues including payroll, timekeeping, benefits, time off requests, customer issues and training requirements
- Become an expert in the work zone setup/design and professional flagging.
- Lead a team of 40+
What you bring to us:
- High School Diploma or awarded GED - a 4-year degree in business-related field a plus
- 2 - 4 years of supervisor experience and experience building large teams
- Strong relational skills
Other things to know:
- Majority of time will be spent driving and in the field (90%)
- You will work in outside conditions that include inclement weather, not limited to heat, cold, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt
- Valid Driver’s License void of suspension or revocation
- Typical workweek 40+ hours

Compensation Range: $60k - $65k per year + bonus potential
