Job Description Summary

To contribute to the efficiency, profitability, and growth of Service Stream by performing a variety of customer facing and administrative functions to support existing Victorian metropolitan water meter exchange contacts, whilst adhering to relevant statutory legislation and Service Streams Policies and Procedures.

About the Role

ServiceStream’s Utilities & Infrastructure division are currently seeking a Full Time Customer Service Agent to join our team.

Nature of position:             Casual, Part Time 

Location:                              50-54 Clayton Rd Clayton VIC 3168

Reporting Line:                   Service Delivery Manager

 Responsibilities

  • Performing outbound call functions to South East Water Customers to arrange appointments to access their property for the purposing of upgrading their water meter
  • Fielding inbound customer enquiries in relation to water meter exchange activity
  • Utilising multiple software programs for the purpose of recording customer call interactions, assigning instructions/updates to Work Orders, and scheduling appointments and revisits.
  • Supporting and cooperating with both Scheduling Teams and field based teams to ensure optimal operational efficiency
  • Provide support on reporting of relevant KPIs provided to the client
  • Liaise and provide support to field resources to ensure all routes and work order types are completed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders and consumers
  • Respond to client queries via both email and telephone
  • Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Management

About You

As the successful candidate, you will have

•            Customer service experience

•            Proficiency in suite of MS Office products and web based software

•            Excellent organisational and administration skills

•            High level attention to detail

•            Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

•            Able to work discretely with sensitive and confidential information

•            Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

•            The ability to work autonomously

•            Positive, proactive professional approach and willingness to ‘own the job’ until completion
