Marketing Project Manager (1.0 FTE Day)
Job Description
At Franciscan, our Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning out marketing strategies, mapping projects and supervising project tasks using Workfront, our project management software, to execute the strategy. The role will create and manage a content calendar, collaborating with writers and graphic designers, creating project timelines, and maintaining follow-up meetings with internal team and external partners.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Create and manage projects consistent with the content strategy.
Schedule and monitor marketing projects and campaigns in Workfront.
Ensure all marketing projects are carried out as smoothly as possible and are delivered on time while maintaining quality.
Prepare timelines for projects and make sure they are seen through utmost precision and within the established budget.
Ensure that the teams marketing project goals are understood, and all the required communication tools identified to achieve those goals.
Develop and communicate an effective work plan based on objectives.
Acquire, allocate, and manage appropriate resources.
Set and manage priorities and assign deadlines.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, Workfront task deadlines and progress.
Participate in project planning meetings and relevant committee/work groups in order to build and manage projects in Workfront.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in Workfront.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Marketing and Communications Required
5 years Specialist Project Management Required and
2 years Healthcare Preferred
