Our Learning & Development team creates engaging learning experiences that build capability across the organisation, helping colleagues grow their skills, perform with confidence and support evolving business needs.
About your role
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll plan, design, deliver and evaluate technical and skills-based learning that helps colleagues build the knowledge and confidence they need to perform effectively in role. Working closely with the senior manager, you’ll create high-quality training across products, services, processes, systems and service skills, using a blend of instructor-led sessions, digital learning and supporting materials. You’ll support induction, ongoing development and stakeholder-sponsored initiatives, helping to ensure learning is consistent, engaging and aligned to business and regulatory requirements. Your work will contribute to stronger colleague performance, support evolving business needs and help maintain high standards of knowledge and service across the organisation.
About you
You’re a confident and engaging facilitator with a passion for developing core behavioural skills such as communication, collaboration, and customer focus. You bring experience delivering interactive, learner-centred training (virtual and in-person), creating inclusive environments that encourage participation, reflection and practical application.
You’re comfortable translating complex or process-driven topics into clear, relevant and engaging learning experiences that support performance and capability building. You adapt your approach to suit different audiences, using sound judgement and feedback to continually improve. You’re collaborative, proactive and comfortable working at pace, with a strong focus on learner experience and outcomes.
