Job Description:

Location: 50 Hospital Drive, Hendersonville, NC 28792 Suite 5D  

Shift: PRN: Office Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

• Communicates with patients effectively, providing information and addressing concerns through various channels.

• Coordinates patient care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and collaborating with healthcare providers.

• Promotes a positive patient experience by demonstrating caring behaviors, maintaining clear communication, and collaborating with the care team to provide safe, timely, and effective whole person care.

• Ensure the appropriate use and stewardship of medical supplies and equipment to support patient safety and operational efficiency

• Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed

• Other duties as assigned.

• Administers immunizations according to established protocols and guidelines. Completes medical documentation timely, accurately, and thoroughly.

• Conducts patient intake by documenting patient information, including medical history and current medications.

• Orders and maintains inventory of medical supplies, ensuring availability for patient care.

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Field of Study:
• in Nursing

Work Experience:
• 1+ of position-related experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
