Director of Construction - Iowa Region

The Director of Construction for the Iowa region is responsible for the development and implementation of Capital Projects (New, Remodel and R&M) from Concept Stage through construction completion and operational turnover.  The Director is involved with the overall project as it relates to design management and coordination, schedule, budget, contracting, assessment & coordination of operational needs, maintaining design intent, and the day-to-day management and on-site coordination of Capital Projects.
