Director Engineering & Maintenance

The Director of Engineering & Maintenance leads the strategy and execution of asset reliability, maintenance excellence, and capital investment across Barr Brands’ global manufacturing network. This is a critical leadership role responsible for strengthening plant-level operations while building the systems, processes, and capabilities that support long-term growth.

The Director will partner closely with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to improve uptime, optimize asset performance, and ensure capital investments are aligned to business priorities. Operating within an employee-owned (ESOP) environment, this leader will play a key role in reinforcing a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing facilities.
