Director, Leasing Summary The Director of Leasing is responsible for leading the company's leasing organization and driving occupancy, revenue, renewal, and leasing performance across a portfolio of student housing communities. This role provides strategic leadership to a team of Portfolio Leasing Managers and serves as the organization's primary expert in leasing strategy, sales performance, forecasting, leasing operations, and prospect conversion. The Director of Leasing develops portfolio-wide leasing strategies, establishes performance standards, oversees leasing technology and processes, and ensures consistent execution through a team of Portfolio Leasing Managers.
