About this Role:

Consertus is seeking a Senior Contract Compliance Officer to support our Metrolink program.  The Senior Contract Compliance Officer will monitor compliance, support goal development, manage non-compliance determinations and corrective actions, and support contract closeout activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors contracts for DBE/SBE, and EEO workforce provisions. 
• Develops small business program participation goals for contracts to ensure compliance with regulations. 
• Prepares prime contractor’s non-compliance determinations and issues corrective actions to effect compliance. 
• Assesses prime contractor’s final compliance with small business requirements and conducts contract closeouts. 

Minimum Qualifications

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of journey-level experience performing contract compliance work
• Valid California Class C Driver License

Working Hours & Location: Full-time, exempt role with standard business hours. In addition, this is a hybrid position: onsite 4 days a week in Pomona, CA, with the 5th day remote. 
Work schedule is Monday – Friday.

Compensation Range: $104,000 – $145,600 annually; Eligible for Bonus
