Walters Wedding Estates, a Walters Hospitality brand, is looking for hard-working housekeepers to manage the cleanliness of our event facility.

Location: The Laiken at Lake Travis

Pay Range: $22-24 per hour

Job Types: Part-time

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Clean venue facilities before and after events
Responsible for re-setting the floor-plan (tables, chairs, linen) for the next event
Perform detailed deep clean once a week or as needed
Clean linens and laundry
Assist in the upkeep of property facilities
Observe and report damage of venue property

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

Ability to speak, read, and write English
Ability to work weekdays and weekends
Reliable mode of transportation required
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently, 50 on occasion
Experience with venue cleaning, including event space setup, breakdown, and maintaining cleanliness throughout events
Knowledge of lodging operations, including guest room preparation and hospitality standards
Ability to perform bed resets, make beds, replace linens, restock amenities, and prepare accommodations for arriving guests
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
