What do we expect you to bring?

• Graduated from undergraduate or postgraduate programs of universities, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Administrative Sciences,

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience and knowledge within the insurance sector or related industries,

• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English,

•  Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, with a superior command of MS Excel,

•  Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and evaluation capabilities,

• A firm believer in the value of collaboration with excellent communication skills,

• High curiosity, with a strong drive for continuous learning and development,

•  Technical knowledge in SAS, SQL, or Python is highly preferred,

• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

How can you make an impact?

• Managing the auto insurance product portfolios of corporate fleet clients within an agile work environment,

• Analyzing competitor products and market strategies to propose actionable insights, and executing these actions collectively as a team,

• Managing and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all responsible processes,

• Analyzing required product/system enhancements and executing comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT),

• Conducting necessary audits and controls to ensure the accurate and complete implementation of business rules across all workflows,

• Executing end-to-end reporting and data analysis activities.
