Chauffeur – Hillcrest Mable Rose Location: 4609 Hilltop Street, Bellevue, NE 68133Service Line: Hillcrest Mable RoseSchedule: PRN Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Chauffeur to join our team at Hillcrest Mable Rose in Bellevue, NE. Hillcrest Mable Rose is a welcoming senior living community offering assisted living, memory support, and adult day services. Team members at Mable Rose help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where residents and club members can remain connected, cared for, and supported in their daily routines. We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, and enjoys helping residents and club members get where they need to go with care, patience, and professionalism. What You’ll Do As the Chauffeur, you will work directly with the Administrative Assistant to schedule, implement, and document transportation for residents and club members. This role plays an important part in helping residents attend appointments, supporting adult day services transportation, and assisting with daily community needs. You will also provide support to the Recreation Director and Administrator when needed. You will: Provide direct transportation for residents to scheduled appointments. Transport Adult Day Services members to and from Hillcrest Mable Rose using company vehicles. Document mileage and complete incident reports when necessary. Inspect vehicles before and after transportation trips. Refuel vehicles and ensure vehicles remain at least half-full at all times. Transport mail between Hillcrest service lines during the business week. Support the recreation team with special events. Assist with transportation needs of other Hillcrest service lines as needed. Unlock and lock the main entry doors at opening and closing, Monday through Friday, as assigned. Distribute newspapers to subscribers. Assist with assembling and mailing monthly newsletters, invitations, and other mailings as needed. Maintain positive and professional relationships with residents, club members, families, visitors, and team members. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, safety-focused, and comfortable working with aging adults. The right candidate will be able to stay calm under pressure, communicate professionally, and provide a positive experience for residents and club members during transportation. Ideal candidates will have: At least one year of experience in a similar position preferred. A strong commitment to safe driving and customer service. Ability to assist residents and club members with patience, respect, and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete required documentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and flexible. Comfort using technology and resources efficiently and effectively. A calm and professional approach when working with residents, families, customers, or team members who may be upset or under stress. Education & Credentials High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license required. Must not be on high-risk insurance. Why Hillcrest? Physical & Other Requirements Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds. Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, and movement as needed. Must be flexible, calm, and professional in stressful situations. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Must be able to utilize technology and resources efficiently and effectively.
