Job Description

Seeking a proactive team member with customer experience and continuous improvement background to support in different areas and routines in our Experience B2B team. This role is crucial for promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the B2B environment, raising the bar by solving our problems in-app and in customer service, besides reflecting what else we could do to offer an incredible experience as a competitive advantage. This person will work together with B2B service operations leader and other areas to execute our strategy and improve our performance metrics. By facilitating proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking, this position aims be a key player within our B2B business unit.
