Lead - D2C

The D2C Lead will be responsible for end-to-end operations of the D2C business at the Distribution Centre, covering sourcing, inventory management, order processing, and last-mile readiness. The role ensures seamless execution from procurement of fruits and vegetables to final dispatch of customer orders. The position is critical in maintaining high standards of quality, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring timely fulfilment of D2C orders. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive operations while coordinating across sourcing, warehouse, and delivery functions.
