Banca Business Manager, CSD - Banca Life Sales Management (FSC) - Region 5 MY (SLM)

`Position: Banca Business Manager, BBM 

Job Objective 

1. Responsible for Financial Services Consultant (FSC) sales planning, sales execution, campaign execution, growing Bancassurance business, meeting customers and drive activities via branch network or any other channels. 
2. Actively retain & nurture existing FSC via coaching and ensuring the FSC meeting their target and KPIs. 

Job Responsibilities 

1. Achieves sales targets and manage the actual performance for the FSCs in the assigned area. 
2. Achieves FSC headcount target in the assigned area. 
3. Provide leadership and guidance to FSCs in the assigned area by acting as a coach, mentor, manager and motivator, monitor FSCs performance and take corrective actions when needed. 
4. Execute plans and strategies set by Regional Director to distribute bancassurance & bancatakaful products through the FSCs in the assigned area. 
5. Advise the Regional Director and Branch Manager in devising the branch sales strategy and tactics, and developing sales capability of the FSCs in the assigned area. 
6. Determine and communicate performance expectation effectively to all FSCs in the asigned area. 

Requirement 

1. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field. 
2. Posses full insurance licenses (PCE, CEILI, & TBE). 
3. Professional qualification (RFP/ CFP) will have an added advantage. 
4. Minimum 3 years servicing as FSC. 
5. Must have skills in leadership, coaching and training, strategizing and planning, excellent communication skill, and presentation skill. 
6. High frequency of travelling to meet and servicing customers.
