Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 / year
Description
- An MSP-native channel person who actually gets how MSPs think and operate. You build trust fast, know how to move things forward without a lot of hand-holding, and get genuinely excited about building something from scratch rather than inheriting a playbook someone else wrote
- Built MSP partner programs from the ground up and taken them to real, recurring revenue. You’ve worked with marketplaces like Pax8, ConnectWise, or N-able, you know your way around DNS and remote access, and you can hold your own in a room full of MSP Owners/Operators. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.
- Your Office: 425 Maestro Dr Second Floor, Reno, NV 89511
- Travel: ~1–2/qtr (partners), 1/qtr (conferences), 1/qtr (internal)
- Your Location: You must be Reno, NV based (No Sponsorship)
- Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
- Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours (flexibility as needed)

Your Contribution to No-IP:
- (30%) Partner Recruitment: Develop & Own Key Relationships
- (30%) Marketplace Development (With or Through): Pax8, ConnectWise, N-able, AppDirect, Kaseya/Datto, and Sherweb.
- (10%) Collaborate: Work with product, sales, and finance to sort out packaging, SKUs, and pricing for each platform.
- (15%) Create Sales Content: Solution Briefs, Co-Marketing, and Playbooks
- (15%) Channel Engagement: Build out user groups and show up where MSPs hang out (Reddit, Discord, etc).
Qualifications
- 12+ years in channel/alliances/partner management (B2B, SaaS, or infrastructure)
- Hands-on experience with MSP marketplaces (Pax8, ConnectWise, N-able, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in DNS, DDNS, Managed DNS, remote access, and RMM/PSA
No-IP's Contribution to You:
- $130,000–$140,000 base salary
- Annual bonus up to 10% tied to channel performance
- Commission up to 10% tied to MSP channel revenue
