What you’ll do

Lead the Charge: Ensure the flawless installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, and support structures according to codes and customer blueprints.

Operate Heavy Iron: Safely command equipment like bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators.

Own the Ground & Sky: Master working at heights using climbing hooks and ladders, while keeping the ground crew safe and traffic flowing smoothly.

Mentor Your Crew: Provide daily hands-on guidance and support to less experienced team members.

Be the Hero: Stay ready to answer the call for short-notice storm response and emergency restoration.

Keep it Official: Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document your team's stellar productivity and safety compliance

What you’ll need

Experience: At least 3 years of related aerial telecom work experience.

Age & Authorization: Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Credentials: Valid state driver's license (no provisional licenses) with an acceptable driving record.

Medical & Safety: Ability to pass a DOT physical exam to maintain a valid medical card.

Climbing Skills: Certified pole climber (or the absolute willingness to become certified).

Preferred: A CDL Class "A" driver's license is highly preferred!
Physical Demands & Environment
This is a high-energy, physically active outdoor role.

Routinely: You will work with arms above shoulder level, work at heights or in remote locations, operate heavy machinery, bend, stoop, climb stairs/ladders, and lift objects greater than 55 pounds.
