Manage multiple scatter site apartments in Bronx which are residential settings for our young moms/baby populations. Complete and oversee repairs to ensure all apartments meet safety standards for occupancy. Position reports to Resident Manager.   - Manage up to 6-9 scatter site apartments in Bronx and supports the day to day handy work that needs support around the apartments. - Clean outside entrance area, sweeping and mopping floors for cleanliness at all times.
