Responsibilities
• Develop and manage industrial accounts across Shanghai's advanced materials sector, including composites, specialty chemicals, semiconductors, and new energy materials.
• Promote the full portfolio of analytical instruments for materials characterization and quality control, including ICP-MS, molecular spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and related technologies.
• Work closely with distributors and channel partners to expand market reach and drive brand adoption.
• Drive sales pipeline development, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, and close projects to meet or exceed the annual sales target.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in analytical instruments or adjacent technologies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Deep understanding of the advanced materials market in Shanghai, including key players, applications, and trends.
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
