SA Nurses Home Health - PTA

SA Nurses  is seeking experienced Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for part- time positions. PTAs will help perform rehabilitative care as set by the care plan developed by the Physical Therapist.

What we are looking for:

• PTA license for TX
• Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
• Valid CPR license
• Ability to travel between patient assignments within a designated self-determined radius
• Previous HH experience preferred
• Experience using EMR Kinnser

• Geriatrics
• Home Health

Schedule:

• Self- determined schedule

Work Location: multiple locations based on territory
