Role: Management Trainee-SDE1
Functional Area: Backend Development (Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, Databases) Relevant Experience: (Freshers / Recent Graduates)
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals in at least one language (Python / Java / Node.js / C++)
Basic knowledge of backend development concepts, including APIs (RESTful services)
Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques
Understanding of databases (any of: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and basic SQL queries
Exposure (academic/project level) to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) is a plus
Basic concept of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Understanding of version control systems like Git
Awareness of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and coding best practices
Exposure to unit testing concepts and debugging techniques
Eagerness to learn modern backend tools and frameworks (Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, etc.)
General Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability
Ability to handle ambiguous problems with a solution-oriented approach
Enthusiasm to work in a startup or dynamic environment
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Mathematics
Fresh graduates (2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 pass-outs) or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Strong academic foundation in DSA, DBMS, OS, and Computer Networks preferred
Internship/project experience in backend development is an advantage
Nice to Have (Optional):
Internship or project experience in backend development
Participation in coding competitions, hackathons, or open-source contributions
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Exposure to containerization (Docker) or CI/CD basics
