Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time PM Shift

Pay Rate: $45.00–$55.00 per hour

McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care, lead a dedicated clinical team, and help ensure the health, safety, and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure excellent resident care
Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergency situations
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations
Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and team meetings
Qualifications
Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
