Job Description
| A) Core Responsibilities: · Incentive Process Management o Establish and review the monthly incentive process o Calculating the Incentives o Ensuring the incentives get paid along with salary for different role & different products. o Monitor existing Incentive policies and processes. o Periodical review of incentives processes review and suggest process improvements to better the TAT. o Ensure timely and effective closure audit queries and timely closure of issues. o Coordinate across functions (Like Operations, IT, Product, HR and Business) for collecting relevant data. o Ensure quick resolution of Employee and Business queries with the TAT.
· Staffing Management
o Overlooking the Staffing Process & Managing the hiring. o Monitoring the onboarding of the outsourced (vendor) employees. o Monitoring & controlling the payroll for staffing employees. o Validating the outsource manpower payroll o Managing the cost Budget, Headcount for the outsource vendor.
· MIS & HR Analytics
o Prepare periodical MIS on key incentives output and monitoring parameters o Provide inputs for monthly discussions on the incentive payouts provide inputs to seniors for decision making
· Payroll & HR Operation
o Monitoring the Payroll Inputs o Overseeing the Inhouse payroll variance o Managing the day to day HR operation and queries related it. o Validating the outsource manpower payroll o Managing the cost Budget, Headcount for the outsource vendor.
· Coordination and liaison o Integration of the various Vendor HR staffing system. o Coordinate with and support the HRIT and HR operations team to implement the proposed system changes
B) Records/Trackers/Reports maintained by role: · Ensure effective and accurate data management which includes timely data compilation and data storage in easily retrievable format Other desired attributes: High proficiency in excel Desired Experience: 6 to 7 years
