Serving both domestic OEM customers and global programs.
Key Responsibilities
System Development Leadership
Lead system development activities to deliver agreed system work products and milestones.
Act as system-level technical owner within project scope; coordinate across disciplines.
Coordinate with global system championship to improve platform products, processes and methods.
System Requirements Development
Specify, structure, and analyze system requirements for correctness, completeness, and feasibility.
Maintain bidirectional traceability between stakeholder and system requirements; perform impact analysis.
Define system-level verification criteria and support requirement reviews, approvals, and baselining.
System Architectural Design
Define system elements, interfaces, and behavior at architectural level; maintain architecture specification.
Allocate system requirements to software/hardware/mechanical elements and ensure consistency/traceability.
Supporting downstream integration and test by ensuring architecture is implementable and verifiable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, automotive, or mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years of working experience
Proficient in English as a working language for written documentation and meeting communication
Strong background in ASPICE V‑model, SysML and SYS-DFMEA development
Tools: Polarion, Jira, EA, APIS IQ
Preferred Experience
Experience leading system development, architecture activities in automotive products
Experience acting as a system focal point in cross-functional engineering teams
Experience in global cross-functional collaboration
Participated in ASPICE assessments (e.g., SYS.2/SYS.3 work products preparation and evidence presentation)
